Cream Whippers - Standard and Large

Manufactured by Mosa in Taiwan these 0.5 litre cream whippers are perfect for home use - easily stored in your kitchen cupboard. This standard size 0.5 litre whipper will make up to 1.5 litres of fresh whipped cream or cold espumas in an instant! They use cheap nitrous oxide (N2O) cream charger gas cartridges to whip and propel the cream. Nitrous oxide also acts as a natural anti-biotic so the cream stays fresh in the whipper for up to 10 days if kept in a fridge. If you are making whipped cream please use whipping cream rather than single or double cream. Only suitable for use with cold ingredients - please purchase one of our commercial grade stainless steel whippers for making hot espumas or sauces.
