Perforated Trays specifically designed to stand iSi Profi, iSi Gourmet Whip and Mosa Stainless Steel Whippers inside a Water Bath (Bain Marie). If the Whippers are secured onto the tray using one of our Holder-clips the Whippers will not float even when they are almost empty - ensuring your Foam/Espuma remains at the pre-set temperature of the Water Bath.
The trays, which are placed on the existing bath shelf, are available in two sizes for 4 litre (1-2 Whippers) and 8 litre (1-4 Whippers) unstirred Baths.

Holder-clips come in 2 sizes to grip 1 litre or 1/2 litre Whippers - these must purchased separately.
Cream Whippers are not included.
