This holder-clip is designed to hold a single 1/2L Whipper/Foam gun onto our Perforated Water Bath (Bain Marie) Trays. Comes complete with mounting plate and stainless steel screws for fastening the holder securely onto the tray. The holder grips the whipper with a spring to ensure a perfect fit.

Will hold a 1/2L iSi Profi, 1/2L iSi Gourmet Whip or 1/2L Mosa Stainless Steel Whipper firmly in place onto our Perforated Trays once they are inside the Water Bath (Bain Marie). This means that the Whippers will not float, even when they are almost empty, ensuring your Foam/Espuma remains at the pre-set temperature of the Water Bath. The trays, which are placed on the existing bath shelf, are available in two sizes for the 4 litre (2 Whippers) and 8 litre (4 Whippers) unstirred Baths respectively.

Perforated trays to hold either 2 x Whippers (1/2L or 1L) or 4 x Whippers (1/2L or 1L) can be purchased separately.
Whippers are not included.
