If you are having a delivery problem then please contact the courier. They are much better placed to help. If no luck with them then call us.

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. This email has a tracking number in it - go to www.fedexuk.net or www.businesspost.biz or www.UPS.com type in the number for up to date tracking info.
If no-one is in the courier will leave a card with details of how to get hold of your parcel. Read the card! You MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS or the delivery will be assumed refused and you will be charged up to £7.50.
