Creating an Account.
To place an order with us you are required to create an Account.
This gives us all information we need to process your order, and deal with any delivery or customer services issues you may have. It also means you can quickly place another order without having to give us all of your details again.

Typical Problems with creating an Account.
1. Email address - your User name is your email address. Therefore once you have created an account you cannot create a second account using that email address. If you have an error message saying "Email already in use' it means you already have an account with us. If you have forgotten your password click 'Forgot your Password?" and a new one will be emailed to you. Alternatively give us a call and we will reset your password immediately.
2. Your account has been Suspended. Please contact us on 08452263024 to resolve this.
3. Account banned - if we have banned you you cannot have the account unbanned.
