MOSA 1/4 Litre Whipper
The emulsifying gas, Nitrous Oxide, not only whips and propels the cream but it acts as a natural anti-biotic. This means that the cream will store in the whipper for up to 10 days if kept in a fridge.
Ideal for whipped cream making at home.
Not for commercial use. Not dishwasher-proof - hand-wash only.
Features plastic head and high quality stainless steel valves and moving parts.
Available in Red, Blue, White or Silver.
Silcone head gasket with excellent resistance to high and low temperatures
Comes complete with charger holder and 2 different dispensing nozzles.
